Primary governmental clients include the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), US Air Force (USAF), US Navy (USN), other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), and the US Forest Service (USFS). TEL is a subsidiary of the St. George Tanaq Corporation, an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) committed to serving Federal customers while also giving back to the Alaskan native community and shareholders.

Tanaq Environmental was established in December 2013 under primary NAICS Code 562910 (Remediation Services) and secondary NAICS Code 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services). The SBA approved our firm’s 8(a) application on October 31, 2014.
Tanaq Environmental, LLC is a full-service environmental consulting firm specializing in the investigation and cleanup of hazardous waste sites, support of the Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), and completion of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Environmental Quality (EQ) studies for DoD agencies, the EPA, and commercial clients nationwide.
